new to 1/5
« on: October 03, 2016, 09:37:17 PM »
hi everyone

I have been into rc for years but never ventured smaller or larger then 1/8th

I'm keen to get myself a 1/5 and meet a few people from melbourne to go racing when some free time decides to appear.

wondering if I should get a loss give or the new 1/8 loss 5b buggy

can anyone tell me if they have both or what they think would be better for bashing

sorry for the misunderstanding.

im not sure if i should get a loss 5ive t

or a losi 1/5 scale buggy/ give t converted to buggy?
I won't be racing, I mainly bash,

But I much prefer 1/8th buggy compared to 1/8 short course trucks
Thats why I'm thinking 1/5 buggy over lost 5ive

but still unsure

if you are mainly bashing I would suggest the losi 5ive T as it maybe a bit more durable for you, but I am sure others with much more experience will chime in, I don't own a 5ive but looking to get one I prev had a DBXL buggy so I am only going off the losi 5ive reputation

Just for bashing the truck wins
Just because of its wider and longer and has more ground clearance
But that means it hard to transport it so it's up to you
Anyway you go there fun.
