winter is coming

Done this for losi and baja last winter - work well on ice and iced dirt.
And it is lighter and much cheaper then a wheel with Kold Kutter screws.

Serg,
What type of screws are those, and did you use a washer inside the tire?

Thanks Pete

Hi.
These are 4.2x13mm screws.
I drilled holes before inerting screws, at high revvs, with 1.5mm drill. After tightening all of the screws I applied thick duct tape to protect wheel inserts from being damaged by screw heads.

Upd: important: use only hostile tyres made of hard compound. This will not work with soft tyres.
