Everyone wanted a track but don't wanna put the work in. I knew it'd happen but continued to help at my own expense and now appears the dream of ever racing in the South east of Victoria is finished.

Thanks for trying to help fredo, and to the others that did help out.

Not good news, hopefully they can get themselves together and kick off this club.

I think people want to help it's probably more the timing and notice of the working bees is a bit short. Is there a way that the work can still continue to get this track up and going? Just out of interest, how much is the rent that needs to be paid to keep the LSCV track a possibility? I for one want to see this track go ahead, I also want to get in and help but it's hard enough trying to make it to race and practice days at GRCOR but would try to get out there whenever possible...

what a waste of a good parcel of land and chance to build a world class track in vic...

get rid of who's controlling it and put somebody in there that can motivate people to turn up to working bee's etc if its not working out ... dont let this slip thru the fingers as any other state would love a chance like this...

Time after time after time phill his brother myself and a few others have been putting a lot of time and money into this to do the best we can. There has been a ask for help many many times and not much puting up to help out. We are doing our best to find transport and helpers to Finnish the track layout. Fredo I'll ring you soon to talk again on what's going on thanks

Hi Gav,

I really think you need to give people more than a week's notice if you want help. Also some of the guys from GRCOR might be able to swing out and help if we had plenty of notice and didn't clash with our race/ working bee days.

Information is gold. Great news that things are moving  forward again. All we need now are some membership forms which might generate some cash flow for you guys.
Also, what time are the working bees starting at? I might be able to make next Saturday after night shift.

Amy updates?

I have no updates on Amy *rofl*

Hopefully early this week, there'll be an announcement on the next working bee day. And maybe an update on some other goings on.

I saw your post in the other thread, thanks for showing interest to join, we need all the members we can get. Hopefully membership info will follow in the coming days. Due to some unforeseen circumstances things have had to be pushed back in time a little, but hopefully it will all be finalised soon and we can continue on with the work.

As for where we are at, we have a little more track work to do to finish the outer edges of the track. I'll give gav a ring this week and find out some more details about the next working bee day and hopefully can provide some news within the next week or so.
