I had area rc hydros and they were a pita, leaked all the time and the slightest bump on the front would knock the brake lines off,  cables are supposed to be more durable but a pita to set up, mecatech hydros are supposed to be the bees knees but $$$$$.
The other issue with front brakes is that even fine dirt, mud, sand etc can foul up the disks or calipers very easily which results in either your front brakes binding or just not working at all.
On a side note what brake set up are you currently running ?
I had a hv 25kg throttle/brake servo and phatdad phat disc on my old 32 baja and that used to pull up pretty good. Just my 2 cents

My advice have a look at what others at your track are using and watch to see who has a reliable set up thumbsup
