GTB 3 speed transmission

anyone have any experience setting one of these up, have been over it a dozen times,clutches the right way round etc but wont change out of 1st,really need a default setting for the 2 clutches so i have something to work off

Make sure the clutch are on the right way, they are labelled 2nd and 3rd. Make sure the clutch shoe pushes up so that the straight flat is on the right hand side.
Took me a while to get my head around it, but they do work.

yes the clutches are definitely the right way round,can you remember how many turns from bottom you have on the 2nd and 3rd clutch?
