Hi Guys,
Fairly new to the 5th scale scene. I probably like working on them as much (if not more) as I do driving them.

I've got a 62cc SkoPod project under way ATM (just sorting a few things out with a nice motor from Craig ;D)  and a few other 5B's I run with my 2 boys.

Bloody hell there is a lot of familiar names on here. Might be out of place for me to ask but why do we join so many forums and talk about the same things? I've always wondered why the whole community isn't one? There is a large number of enthusiasts out there and I recon we would have some clout with councils etc. if we were seen as a group. I'm sure that its all political and there is a story behind most of the forums and would love to hear them. I guess its natural human behaviour to not all get along and have disagreements.

Anyway, nice to be here and look forward to a great forum!!

Welcome to the mad house mate.

If we only had one forum it would get rather boring. I think some forums offer different things to other, what you like in one forum you may not get in another. So I guess you get the options.

Anyway I'm glad you like this place thumbsup

What i like most about the forum, just about anything goes. Don't like a product or had a bad experience, bag the shit out of em. Not like HBF were you thread would get deleted.
Some forums wont let you talk about overseas shops, no prob's here. All the forums have there good & bad points but this has got to be my favorite at the moment.
Enjoy

Each forum has its own atmosphere. This one is easy going and you can be blunt, have a joke or say what you like. On other forums bias comes into play, sometimes they are the face of the community so they have a responsibility to not allow swearing fights and or not support certain products or shops.

This forum is just straight up. What you see is what you get and ozzy does a great Job with new features and activity participating with the online community. Between ozlargescale and LSD I don't really post on any other forums only have a read of their info.
