Im doing my second lighten chassis which i got the idea from Kane im using a drill press its coming along very nicely so far im about an hour into it and almost 90g lighter im still gonna do a shit load of holes and make some of the smaller ones slightly bigger to make it over 100g lighter..
The nose of this chassis was almost snapped of from Round 1 of the winter series an Scott offered to weld up the two lower nose holes for me now its tough as! ill fit the Outlaw front chassis brace to it when im done thumbsup
Thanks Scott!

Progress so far..

Cheers Ozzy, im just doing the main chassis love the look of it an doesn't cost anything to do it, the last one i did i drilled out to many holes up front so i wasn't able to put the Outlaw front chassis brace on so this one i planned ahead thumbsup

Good work mate...thumbsup

I had a spare chassis here that I was going to lighten as well for a "race" only chassis..
A good mate snapped his carbon one though and I lent it to him..

They look good when drilled or milled. I will eventually throw mine in a mill and do some fancy artwork on it..lol

Cheers Kev, its fun doing it hey measuring out spots to do the holes then getting smaller drill bits to fill in the gaps slow process but its worth it.. this is my race chassis as well im keen to get it on my car now headbang

As you can see looks nothing like blue haze. At least the King Rc & ROK RC stickers make it look better.
